Ressourcenschonung\, vermehrter Einsatz pflanzlicher Proteine\, Emissions- und Abfallreduktion\, regionale Beschaffung\, achtsame Kommunikation\, Mitarbeiterfindung und -bindung … die Liste der komplexen Anforderungen an die Gastronomie – jenseits von Essen\, Trinken und Erlebnis – war selten länger und anspruchsvoller als heute. Das endlich erwachte gesellschaftliche Bewusstsein für die Notwendigkeit\, nachhaltiger zu wirtschaften\, stellt auch der Hospitality-Branche zahlreiche Aufgaben\, die sich nicht mehr ignorieren lassen. Gleichzeitig erwarten die Gäste im Restaurant Genuss\, positive Emotionen und die zugewandte Aufmerksamkeit der Gastgeber. Heißt: Gastronomie muss heute und in Zukunft deutlich ganzheitlicher gedacht und gemacht werden als noch vor wenigen Jahren. \nKönnen digitale Lösungen die Branche dabei unterstützen\, nachhaltiger zu produzieren und die drängenden Probleme zu lösen? Bei unserem 5. FCSI Stammtisch am 12. März 2023 in Hamburg gehen wir gemeinsam mit Experten dieser Frage nach: Wie lässt sich eine moderne und holistische Gastronomie mit Hilfe von digitalen Tools so gestalten\, dass sie die Erwartungen von Gästen ebenso wie Gastgebern erfüllt und gleichzeitig ihre Verantwortung gegenüber der Umwelt ernst nimmt? \nDas Programm am 12.
